BORAGE (Borrago officinalis)
An annual plant which measures some 40 cm in height. It is covered in hairs, has radical rough leaves and clusters of blue flowers. It is widely used in pharmacopoeia. In household remedies it is used as a blood tonic and in preparations for gout and rheumatism.
